Eldik Bank and "Etazhi" real estate agency: Cooperation under the “Murabaha Mortgage” program

The Islamic Window of “Eldik Bank” and the real estate agency “Etazhi” have signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at promoting and implementing the Islamic financial product “Murabaha Mortgage.”

The partnership aims to expand Sharia-compliant financial instruments for the people of Kyrgyzstan. Under the agreement, clients of the “Etazhi” agency will be able to use the “Murabaha Mortgage” product offered by the Islamic Window of Eldik Bank in accordance with Islamic financing principles.

Cooperation with one of the country’s largest real estate agencies will make Islamic financial products more accessible and understandable to a wider audience of citizens seeking to purchase housing without traditional interest-based lending. 

Representatives of the “Etazhi” agency, in turn, emphasized the importance of broadening the range of services for clients with diverse financial preferences:
“Collaboration with Eldik Bank is a step forward toward an inclusive real estate market where every client can find a solution that aligns with their values.”

The “Murabaha Mortgage” is an Islamic financial product in which the bank purchases real estate at the client’s request and sells it to them on a deferred payment basis at an agreed price, in accordance with Sharia principles.
