Eldik Bank – Partner of the “Women’s Entrepreneurship – 2025” Expo

Eldik Bank OJSC  has become an official partner of the event “Women’s Entrepreneurship – EXPO 2025,” organized by UN Women in the Kyrgyz Republic. EXPO 2025 is a key platform aimed at building an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem and creating equal opportunities for women in Kyrgyzstan and the Central Asian region.

In her welcoming speech, Aychurek Zhakypova, Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Eldik Bank OJSC, emphasized the importance of supporting women’s entrepreneurship, noting that sustainable development is impossible without the active involvement of women in economic processes and the introduction of innovative approaches.

Zhyldyz Abdylldaeva, Gender and Inclusion Manager at Eldik Bank OJSC, presented the Bank’s “Ishker Ayim” credit product to the event participants, as well as the Bank’s non-financial initiatives and partnerships with international organizations aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs. She also shared a successful client case of a woman who established a home-made jam production business.

The Expo featured inspiring success stories from women entrepreneurs, demonstrating the potential and contribution of women-led businesses to the country’s economic development.

Eldik Bank actively implements its ESG strategy and programs aimed at supporting women’s entrepreneurship, developing “green” loans, and promoting sustainable financial solutions. The Bank is also a partner in several national and regional initiatives focused on expanding women’s participation in the economy and implementing environmentally safe technologies.
