Eldik Bank Hosts Delegation from China Development Bank and Prepares to Sign Agreements Worth RMB 1.7 Billion

Eldik Bank welcomed an official delegation from the China Development Bank, led by Mr. Tan Jun. The visit marked an important milestone in strengthening bilateral financial cooperation and expanding the strategic partnership between the two institutions.
During the meeting, the Chinese delegation was introduced to the Bank’s operations, history, core values, and current development priorities. Eldik Bank’s management emphasized that more than 20 years of cooperation with the China Development Bank have been built on mutual trust, open dialogue, and shared goals.
“China Development Bank is a reliable strategic partner for us. Thanks to its support, we have successfully implemented joint projects, expanded credit facilities, and strengthened investment cooperation,” said Ulanbek Nogaev, Chairman of the Management Board of Eldik Bank.
The parties also paid special attention to human capital development. Over the years, the partnership has included professional exchange programs, staff training, and educational initiatives within the framework of the SCO Interbank Consortium, contributing to the development of highly qualified banking professionals.
During the visit, both sides confirmed their readiness to sign a new agreement providing Eldik Bank with a RMB 1 billion credit facility. The financing will support small and medium-sized enterprises in infrastructure, green energy, industry, and agriculture, contributing to the sustainable development of the Kyrgyz Republic’s economy.
The parties also plan to sign an agreement allocating RMB 700 million to Eldik Bank’s subsidiaries - Eldik Leasing and Sky Mobile - which will be responsible for implementing projects under the new financing framework. Eldik Bank emphasized that the upcoming agreements will mark another important step in deepening the strategic partnership and creating new opportunities for large-scale investment initiatives.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed confidence in the continued strengthening of Kyrgyz-Chinese financial cooperation and in achieving new joint successes.
