It includes an application (questionnaire) completed by the client for the following services: 

• demand deposit;
• children's deposit (in favor of a third party);
• term deposit;
• term deposit with automatic extension;
• term deposit in favor of another person;
• rent of bank safes.

The section also contains consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
