Instructions for Applying for the “Bala Yrysy” Benefit

If you do not have an account with our bank:

1.Download the bank’s mobile app.

2.Register in the app.

3.The system will prompt you to open a bank account. Issuing a bank card is optional.

4.Once your account has been opened, log in to the Tunduk app and submit your application for the benefit.

If you already have an account or an “Elkart – Social” card with our bank: You can use your existing account or card to receive the benefit. There is no need to open a new account.

If you have a payroll card or any other card issued by our bank: These cards cannot be used to receive the “Bala Yrysy” benefit. You will need to visit your nearest bank branch and apply for an “Elkart – Social” card.

Card issuance time:

Bishkek — up to 5 business days.

Regions — up to 10 business days.

How to apply through the Tunduk app: 

1. Open the Tunduk app.

2. On the home screen, go to the Services section.

3. Select Recommended → Bala Yrysy.

4. Choose our bank to receive your benefit payments.
