The Islamic Window of Eldik Bank and SPARK Signed a Cooperation Agreement

The Islamic Window of Eldik Bank OJSC and Green Spark LLC (trademark SPARK) have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at developing electric transport infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Under the signed agreement, the bank will provide financing for the purchase of SPARK electric charging stations throughout the country. This will accelerate the expansion of the charging network and improve conditions for electric vehicle owners, supporting the transition to environmentally friendly modes of transport.

In addition, the parties agreed to implement joint ESG initiatives, including projects aimed at improving environmental conditions, increasing energy efficiency, and promoting the principles of sustainable development.

SPARK and the Islamic Window of Eldik Bank note that the cooperation will be an important step toward creating a modern, accessible, and environmentally oriented infrastructure that will contribute to the development of Kyrgyzstan’s “green” economy.
