New types of fraud!

Dear customers!

Recently, banks have been receiving reports of fraudulent phone calls and WhatsApp messaging 

Scammers pose as mobile operator employees and inform you that your SIM card has expired. Under the guise of an urgent renewal, they ask you to enable video calls and screen sharing. 

Please note:
— Mobile operator and bank employees never ask you to enable screen sharing. 
— Do not disclose confirmation codes, passwords, or personal information. 
— Do not follow instructions from unknown individuals. 
— If you receive suspicious calls, end the conversation immediately. 

After gaining access to your device's screen, scammers can access mobile banking and withdraw funds from your accounts.
