Disabling the "Self-Ban on Credit" service

Dear customers!

We inform you that the "Loan Self-Ban" service will be discontinued at Eldik Bank starting June 10, 2026.

If necessary, you can apply for a loan self-ban through the state portal "Tunduk."

If a loan self-ban has already been set up at the Bank, you can deactivate it by visiting any branch and submitting an application.
