Important information: loan repayment procedure has changed

Dear customers!
Starting September 1, 2026, loan payments will no longer be automatically debited from bank cards.
For your monthly loan payment to go through automatically, the required amount must be in the current bank account (demand deposit account) from which the bank can debit the payment.
If the funds are held only on your bank card, they will not be automatically debited for loan repayment.
Therefore, before the payment date, please ensure that the required amount is in your current account (demand deposit account). This will help avoid overdue payments.
If you have questions about which account your payment will be debited from, you can find your demand deposit account details in the "Eldik" mobile app under the "Loan" card in the "Account Details" section.
