Mortgage lending

Target Group:

• Legal entities;

• Individuals and individual entrepreneurs;

• Individuals aged 18 to 70 (at the time of scheduled loan repayment, the borrower’s age must not exceed 70).

Purpose of the Loan:

• Purchase of commercial real estate;

• Construction of commercial real estate (financing may be provided in tranches);

• Refinancing of commercial mortgage loans;

• Repayment of debt for previously acquired commercial real estate.

Loan Currency:

Individuals — Kyrgyz soms;

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs — Kyrgyz soms, US dollars.

Interest Rate:

• In KGS — 19% (Annual Effective Interest Rate — %);

• In US dollars — 11%.

Loan Term:

Up to 120 months.
