Preferential financing of car loans

Car loan terms:

Down payment

• Not less than 20% for loans up to and including 3.0 million soms;
• Not less than 30% for loans over 3.0 million soms, also for government agencies, local governments, legal entities, and sole proprietors;

In the absence of a down payment or insufficient down payment, a guarantee from the Guarantee Fund OJSC will be provided, with a minimum contribution of at least 10% of the loan amount.

Interest rate:

• 4% - for employees of government agencies and their subordinate/regional institutions, for employees of local governments, and employees of the social budget sector;
• 8% - for all other categories of entities (EPS 8.45%).

Term

• For 36 months;
• 60 months

Purpose:

• Purchase of a domestically produced car and commercial trucks

Financing currency:

• Kyrgyz Som

Loan amount:

• Up to 300,000,000 (three hundred million) soms inclusive for sole proprietors, legal entities, government agencies, and local governments;
• Up to 5,000,000 (five million) soms for individuals.

Loan security:

• For transactions not exceeding 3,000,000 (three million) soms - collateral in the form of the purchased domestically produced car and/or commercial truck, as well as the borrower's own contribution; in the absence or insufficiency of the borrower's own contribution, a guarantee from the Guarantee Fund OJSC, but not exceeding the established down payment;
• For transactions over 3,000,001 (three million one) soms - collateral in the form of the purchased automobile and/or commercial freight transport of domestic production, as well as the borrower's own contribution and/or real estate, in the event of the absence/insufficiency of the own contribution - the provision of guarantees from the Guarantee Fund OJSC, but not more than the amount of the established down payment.
