Preferential financing for gasification - 4

Purpose of the loan:

Construction and installation works, installation/purchase of gas heating boilers, purchase of consumables for real estate objects located in Bishkek and Chuy region.

Refinancing of loans previously obtained for gasification.

Loan currency:
Kyrgyz som

Loan amount:
Up to 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) KGS

Interest rate:
3% per annum (APR 3.1%)

Loan term:
12 or 24 months

Collateral:
No collateral, no guarantor required
(Guarantor or collateral may be requested based on Credit Committee decision.)

Repayment schedule:
Monthly, by annuity payments

Grace period:
Not provided

Additional conditions:

• The borrower’s credit history is reviewed individually; a loan may be issued in parallel with existing obligations.

• If the borrower is a family member who is not the owner of the residential house, an additional guarantee agreement with the homeowner must be concluded.

• The targeted use of the loan must be confirmed by a certificate from Gazprom Kyrgyzstan LLC indicating the gas equipment connection to the subscriber (subscriber’s full name, address, date of connection).

• In case of misuse of the loan, the interest rate will be set at 24% per annum from the loan issuance date, and the Bank must return the full amount of received subsidies to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

• Spousal consent for obtaining the loan is not required.
