Development of cattle breeding

Project goal:

• Provision of credit funds to entities engaged in the supply of cattle of breeding value;

• Supply of breeding stock of cattle of domestic and foreign selection;

Further breeding and expansion of the reproduction of the cattle herd to improve the breed composition and increase productivity.

Breeding cattle include:

Alatau, Aberdeen Angus, Aulieatin, Holstein, Simmental, Ayrshire, Hereford, Brown Swiss, Galloway.

Target group:

• Breeding plants and farms engaged in breeding cattle that have received the status of a breeding entity in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic “On approval of the list of breeding plants and farms of the Kyrgyz Republic” dated May 15, 2025 No. 05/2-17/109;

• Importers, insemination technicians, peasant (farming) households, individual entrepreneurs engaged in the acquisition and/or breeding of cattle of breeding value.

Loan amount:

 Breeding plants and farms, importers, peasant (farming) households and individual entrepreneurs engaged in breeding breeding cattle.

• Final interest rate:
  
  3% per annum (EIR 3.04%)

Loan term: 60 months

Grace period: 6 months inclusive

Security:

• Up to 500,000 (five hundred thousand) soms – without collateral;

• From 500,001 soms to 20,000,000 soms – real estate/movable property/guarantee of JSC "GF". Real estate, deposit, as additional collateral - vehicles and/or movable property.

In case of insufficient collateral for the borrower, a Guarantee from the “GF” is possible in accordance with the terms of the “Guarantee Fund” OJSC.
