Deposit protection
"Eldik Bank" OJSC is a member of the system for protection of individuals' deposits in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The system for protection of individuals' deposits in the Kyrgyz Republic is intended to protect rights and legal interests of depositors of Kyrgyz banks, strengthen confidence in the banking system and stimulate attraction of population's savings to the banking system.
The establishment and functioning of the system is regulated by the Law "On Protection of Bank Deposits" according to which the amount of compensation to depositors is fixed at the level of 1 million soms.
The "Eldik Bank" OJSC has conducted all preparations stipulated by the legislation for joining the system and was one of the first banks in Kyrgyzstan to receive a certificate of participation in the deposit protection system.
