| Sharia Compliance | Financing is prohibited for activities that contradict Sharia norms and principles, including the production and trade of alcohol, tobacco, military products, pork-related goods, as well as gambling and betting industries, etc. |

Requirements for Participants:

Status as a seed or nursery farm according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the KR dated May 10, 2024, No. 238.

Copy of the contract with the supplier company from the exporting country.

Copy of the seed origin certificate.

Copy of the phytosanitary certificate.
Documents for Financing:

Application for financing.

Copy of the borrower’s and spouse’s passports.

Notarized collateral documentation.

Certificate of tax registration and no tax arrears.

Document certifying the status of the seed/nursery farm.
