Eldik Bank signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture

Eldik Bank OJSC signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic to implement the iDyikan digital platform.
The platform aims to increase access to preferential financing for farmers and introduce a unified digital mechanism for submitting and reviewing applications.
The agreement provides for Eldik Bank's participation in the implementation of the iDyikan application registration, tracking, and support system. Registration on the platform will now be a mandatory step for receiving a preferential loan, and applications will be reviewed exclusively digitally.
The platform operator is the State Institution AgroSmart, which provides the technical infrastructure and system security.
The implementation of iDyikan will make the financing process:
— more accessible for farmers across the country;
— faster due to an automated queue;
— transparent and understandable at every stage.
This is an important step in the development of the agricultural sector and increasing the effectiveness of government support programs. Eldik Bank continues to implement its digital transformation strategy, expanding farmers' access to financial resources and creating modern conditions for their development.
