Eldik Bank Receives International WSBI SDG Awards 2025

On October 15, 2025, in Washington, D.C. (USA), the international WSBI-ESBG SDG Awards 2025 ceremony took place. This award was established by the World Savings and Retail Banking Institute (WSBI) within the framework of the UN’s global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda.
Eldik Bank is proud to announce that it has been honored with the WSBI #SDGAward2025 for its outstanding contribution to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals as an innovator in three key categories:

SDG 5 – Gender Equality
SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
SDG 13 – Climate Action

This award confirms that banking activities can be a powerful tool for creating real positive changes in people's lives and society’s development.

The WSBI SDG Awards were established to recognize outstanding WSBI members who demonstrate leadership and tangible contributions to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The awards cover six key areas: inclusive banking and social impact, economic growth and empowerment, digital transformation and technological innovation, climate finance, client education, and consumer protection.

In the official WSBI-ESBG report Driving Global Change 2025, published following the awards, Eldik Bank’s activities are featured in three sections on pages 45, 89, and 135, highlighting the Bank’s successful cases in ESG initiatives, green finance, and inclusive growth programs.
