Get a taxi license using the Eldik app

JSC “Eldik Bank”, in cooperation with the Main Department for Road Traffic Safety (GUOBDD) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, is launching a digital service for the online issuance of taxi operation licenses via the Eldik mobile application.

The new service enables users to submit license applications remotely, without the need to visit government offices in person.

To apply for a taxi license, users should:

1. Open the Eldik mobile application

2. Navigate to: “Services” → “Transport” → “Taxi License”

3. Complete the application form

4. Pay the state fee

The application status can be tracked at all stages directly within the application.

After approval, the license can be obtained in one of two ways:
• in paper form at the territorial office of GUOBDD
• in electronic format via the “Tunduk” mobile application (PDF document)

The implementation of this service is part of JSC “Eldik Bank”’s strategy aimed at developing a unified digital ecosystem that integrates financial and public services, while improving accessibility and service quality for the population.
