Get a taxi license using the Eldik app

Eldik Bank, in partnership with the Main Directorate for Road Traffic Safety (MDRTS) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, is launching a digital service for issuing taxi licenses remotely.

The new service allows clients to apply for a license without having to personally visit government agencies. Simply use the Eldik mobile app: complete the application and pay the state fee. Information on the application status is available to users at all stages of the review process.

After the license is approved, users can choose to receive it: in paper form at a local MDRTS office or electronically via the "Tunduk" mobile app as a PDF document.

The implementation of this solution is part of Eldik Bank's strategy to develop a unified digital ecosystem integrating financial and government services, as well as to improve the accessibility and quality of services provided to the public.
