Элдик Банк запустил Национальную инициативу по финансовой грамотности

As part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of savings banking in Kyrgyzstan, and in connection with Eldik Bank being recognized as the custodian of the country’s savings banking tradition by a decision of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Bank launched a National Initiative to enhance financial literacy among young people across the republic.

The first training session under the initiative was held in the city of Naryn for students of the Naryn campus of Kyrgyz National University. Participants were shown a film on the history of savings banking and attended training sessions on personal budget planning, financial responsibility, and basic financial literacy tools.

Experts from Eldik Bank, together with representatives of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, conducted interactive sessions and answered students’ questions. The most active participants were awarded commemorative gifts.

The National Initiative will also be implemented in other regions of the country.
