Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC Eldik Bank

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC “Eldik Bank” was held, during which the Bank’s performance for 2025 was reviewed and key results of its financial and economic activities were considered.

During the meeting, shareholders noted the steady growth of key indicators, the maintenance and strengthening of the Bank’s strong position in the financial market, as well as the consistent implementation of strategic initiatives.

The annual report and financial statements were also approved, decisions were made regarding profit distribution, and priority areas for the Bank’s development for the current year were determined.
