How to Apply for the “Bala Yrysy” Benefit

You can apply online through the Tunduk app.

To receive the benefit, you must have a bank account with Eldik Bank. If you do not have an account yet, download the Eldik app and complete the registration process. An on-demand account is opened automatically upon registration. Existing bank customers can also open this type of account through the app.

If you already have an Eldik Bank account or an “Elkart — Social” card, you can use either to receive the benefit. You can also apply for the card at any Eldik Bank branch.

How to Apply

Step 1. Open the Tunduk app and go to the “Social Benefits” section.

Step 2. Select the “Bala Yrysy” service and fill in the required information.

Step 3. Select your Eldik Bank account to receive the benefit and submit your application.

Step 4. Confirm your application using the code sent to you by SMS.
