New operating mode for the Main Operations Department, Regional branches and Bishkek city branches

Dear Clients!
Starting from September 1, 2025, the following working hours for customer service will be established in the Main Operations Department, Chui, Naryn, Talas, Issyk-Kul, Batken, Osh, Jalal-Abad branches, as well as in the “Muras”, “Ilbirs” and “Yrysky” branches.

• Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 16:30

• Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00

• Saturday, Sunday: day off

The working hours of the Customer Service Center (CSC) remain unchanged.
