Women's Mortgage Program Launched

Eldik Bank OJSC, together with the State Mortgage Company and with the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), has launched the Women's Mortgage Program, aimed at expanding women's access to homeownership, improving housing conditions, and strengthening social well-being.

At the first stage, the program is available to women residing in the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic. In the next stages, it is planned to expand the program to Bishkek and Osh.

Key program terms:

🔹 9.75% annual interest rate (APR 10.19%);
🔹 loan amount of up to KGS 7 million;
🔹 loan term of up to 25 years;
🔹 down payment - from 10% to 30% of the cost of housing;
🔹 if the borrower does not have sufficient own funds, they may use a Guarantee Fund guarantee or provide additional collateral.

The program can be used to purchase:

🏠 an apartment of up to 100 sq. m;
🏠 a private house of up to 200 sq. m.

Ownership of the property must be registered in the name of the female borrower. Another eligibility requirement is that the household's net monthly income must not exceed KGS 120,000.

The program is designed to support women, improve access to housing, and create more opportunities to enhance the quality of life for families.
