All key tax services for SMEs are available in Ishker24
In the Ishker 24 mobile application from a collaboration of state-owned companies, entrepreneurs can already today use all the main tax services necessary for contactless interaction between SMEs and the State Tax Service. The smart solution has already additionally implemented the ability to work with EFIs (electronic invoices) and ETTNs (electronic consignment notes) to help businesses. This was reported at a press briefing by the Chairman of the Board of Eldik Bank Ulan Nogayev, Head of the Ishker Collaboration Project Office Tatyana Shakhin, Ishker IT expert Azamat Dolubayev, and Head of Digital Services Development at Mega Azamat Zhamangulov.
The ability to work with EFIs within Ishker 24 has been in effect for businesses since August 2024. Work with ETTNs has been in effect since September 2024. Today, entrepreneurs have the ability to view, confirm/reject ETTN issued in relation to them for the sale of goods and services. It is possible to create virtual warehouses, as well as receive detailed information - ETTN participants (buyer, seller), transportation method, list of goods, list of marking codes. It is important to note that the function of working with ETTN is implemented in a pilot mode, within the framework of which improvement work is planned based on user feedback. Let us remind you that the application was launched as part of the implementation of tax reform in the country on the initiative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. It is constantly being improved and expanded based on feedback - lines for collecting recommendations have been opened. Today it functions for small and medium-sized businesses, in the plans - for LLCs from 2025. MP "Ishker 24" by September 2024 - a full range of key tax services necessary for business. • Functions for working with electronic invoices and electronic tax receipts;
• Formation and submission of tax reports;

Important for entrepreneurs! Since July 1, 2024, the country has abolished the patent for certain types of activities (information on the website www.ishker24.kg and on the State Tax Service website). In connection with this change, businesses must switch to the status of individual entrepreneurs (IE) or choose a different organizational and legal form and tax regime.
