"Bala Yrysy" payments

Pursuant to Decree No. 104 of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 6, 2026, "On the Introduction of a Monthly State Benefit for Children Under Three," Eldik Bank, in cooperation with Tunduk, is implementing centralized payments of the "Bala Yrysy" state benefit under an agreement with the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On August 5, the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic allocated 235.7 million soms for benefit payments. A total of 138.4 million soms were successfully credited to citizens receiving payments through Eldik Bank. Payments were received by 112,573 people. 92.2 million soms were transferred through the second project participant.

The "Bala Yrysy" benefit is a monthly state payment and will be transferred until the applicant's child reaches three years of age.
