Financing of United Commodity Producers

Eldik Bank has been one of the key partners of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for many years in implementing concessional state programs.

As part of this cooperation, the "Financing of United Commodity Producers" project is being implemented. Its key feature is the support of enterprises operating in united or cooperative forms.

Target group of the program – business entities that bear joint liability and are officially organized into the following legal forms:

• agricultural cooperatives

• joint-stock companies

• limited liability companies (LLCs)

What does the program offer?
– Access to long-term financing
– Annual interest rate of just 6%
– Loan term of up to 5 years
– Grace period of up to 6 months

Conditions:

• Up to 25 million KGS — for associations in livestock and crop production

• Up to 50 million KGS — for enterprises that have united into cooperatives, JSCs or LLCs and apply high-efficiency and resource-saving technologies, including:

  • drip irrigation and sprinkler systems

  • greenhouse farming

  • leasing of agricultural machinery and pedigree livestock

  • establishment of machine-tractor stations (MTS)
