Information on the Operations of Certain Bank Branches

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you about changes to the operating hours of the Bank’s branches.

Starting from February 13, 2026, the Toktogul Branch will operate under a new schedule:
• customer service hours — Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM;
• lunch break — 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM;
• Saturday and Sunday — days off.

Please also be informed that from February 12 to 14, 2026, Savings Bank Office No. 033-51-09 will temporarily serve clients at the following address: 142 Yunusaliev Street, Bishkek.

At the same time, the Customer Service Center of Savings Bank Office No. 033-51-09 will be temporarily closed from February 12 to 15, 2026 (inclusive).
