A strategic session of OJSC "Eldik Bank" was held

On February 7–8, 2026, a strategic session was held with the participation of members of the Management Board, heads of structural divisions of Eldik Bank, and experts from the international company InteriseGroup.

The event marked the culmination of prior joint analytical work and was aimed at strengthening the Bank’s market position and defining new development vectors. During the session, participants discussed key growth areas identified at the pre-analysis stage, assessed their alignment with international and market best practices, and prioritized development initiatives based on their impact on customer centricity, efficiency, and the Bank’s sustainability.

Special attention was given to aligning the next steps and approving the operational model of cooperation with InteriseGroup for the practical implementation of the strategy.

As a result of the session, it was decided to move from theoretical groundwork to a concrete action plan focused on integrating international expertise into the Bank’s current business model.
