Eldik Bank Supports the Construction of the Eastern Bypass Road in Bishkek

Eldik Bank Contributes to the Development of Kyrgyzstan’s Infrastructure

One of the important projects supported by the Bank is the construction of the Eastern Bypass Road in Bishkek.

The 16-kilometre main road will:

- divert transit traffic outside the city;
- reduce the traffic load on Bishkek’s central streets;
- increase road capacity;
- reduce travel time;
- make transportation more convenient for residents of Bishkek and Chuy Region.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.

The Eastern Bypass Road is one of the country’s strategically important infrastructure projects. It will help improve traffic flow in Bishkek and strengthen transport connectivity between the capital and the regions.
