Eldik Bank expands partnerships within the SCO Interbank Consortium

Eldik Bank, within the framework of its chairmanship of the Interbank Consortium of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO IBC), held a series of official meetings aimed at strengthening international financial cooperation and expanding strategic partnerships.

Bilateral negotiations took place with the China Development Bank, JSC “ASB Belarusbank” (Belarus), India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (India), and Habib Bank Limited (Pakistan).

During the meetings, the parties discussed prospects for co-financing projects aimed at supporting the national economy, developing cooperation in green finance, sustainable development, and the implementation of modern IT solutions in the banking sector.

Special attention was given to the initiative of organizing an international symposium, which could serve as an excellent platform for dialogue between SCO IBC member banks and potential investors and financial institutions interested in financing priority projects of the participating countries.

Thus, Eldik Bank’s chairmanship in the SCO IBC contributes to strengthening the position of the Kyrgyz Republic in the international financial arena, enhancing business ties, attracting investment, and creating new opportunities for the development of the national banking sector.
