Important information on obtaining preferential agricultural loans

Starting from June 1, 2026, the registration of applications for concessional agricultural loans initiated by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic will be carried out through the digital platform iDyikan.

The new system will allow farmers to:

• register online
• submit applications for financing
• join the queue remotely
• track application status in real time

This solution is aimed at simplifying the process of obtaining concessional financing, increasing transparency, and improving convenience for applicants.
