Changes to the Terms of the My Home Program

Dear Clients,
Changes have been introduced to the state housing program Менин үйүм. The updates are aimed at increasing the accessibility of the program and creating more convenient conditions for citizens planning to purchase housing.
The main changes concern the reduction of the savings period for participants who already have sufficient funds for the initial payment. Now, for clients who have 30% of the housing cost, the savings period has been reduced from 6 months to 3 months.
According to the updated terms of the program, the following savings periods have been established:
– the deposit term shall be at least 6 months, provided that savings are accumulated during the period determined by the participant;
– the deposit term shall be at least 3 months, provided that a one-time payment in the amount of 30% of the housing cost is deposited into the savings account immediately upon its opening.
