The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and ОJSC Eldik Bank have signed a Memorandum

The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and ОJSC Eldik Bank have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at improving financial independence, managerial efficiency and the quality of public health organizations participating in the testing regime.

The Memorandum provides for the development of long-term partnerships in the field of financial support for public health organizations. As part of the cooperation, it is planned to provide comprehensive banking services to medical organizations, including cash settlement services, payroll projects, remote banking services, the introduction of the ElKassa billing system for accepting non-cash payments, as well as the development of modern banking and payment infrastructure.

According to the agreements reached, Eldik Bank OJSC is considered as the main financial partner of healthcare organizations participating in the testing regime. The signing of the memorandum is an important step towards strengthening the financial stability of public health organizations, improving management mechanisms and improving the quality of medical services provided to the population.

This initiative is being implemented within the framework of Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 331 dated November 28, 2025 "On measures to increase the potential and competitiveness of public healthcare organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic" and is aimed at introducing modern financial management tools and support for the activities of medical organizations.
