How do scammers work?

Scammers often pretend to be bank employees and use the same phrases to scare you and make you act quickly. If you hear even one of them — end the call:

- “I’m from the bank’s security service”;

- “There’s a suspicious transaction on your account”;

- “Tell me the code from the SMS to cancel the transfer”;

- “Someone is trying to hack your account”;

- “Urgently transfer your money to a safe account”.

Important to remember:

Bank employees will never ask for: a code from an SMS, your full card number and CVV to transfer money to a “safe” or “reserve” account.

If in doubt — hang up and call your bank back using the official number.
