Bishkek City Hall and OJSC “Eldik Bank” Sign a Memorandum of Cooperation

On July 2, 2025, in the meeting hall of Bishkek City Hall, Mayor Aybek Junushaliev and Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC “Eldik Bank” Ulanbek Nogaev signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The document confirms the parties’ intention to establish a long-term, effective, and mutually beneficial partnership aimed at implementing modern digital solutions within the city infrastructure. At the initial stage, a convenient payment method using QR codes will be introduced at municipal parking spaces.

“This initiative is being implemented as part of the national policy to promote electronic payments. As one of the key players in the country’s financial ecosystem, Eldik Bank continues to introduce solutions aimed at improving the lives of city residents. Initiatives like this bring Bishkek closer to the status of a smart and comfortable metropolis,” said Ulanbek Nogaev, Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC “Eldik Bank”.
