Eldik Bank and Amonatbank Sign Cooperation Development Documents

Eldik Bank participated in the industry conference of member banks of the Interbank Consortium of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO IBC), held on June 10, 2026, in Dushanbe.

The event brought together representatives of leading financial institutions from SCO member states to discuss key issues related to the digital transformation of the banking sector, the implementation of artificial intelligence, risk management, and sustainable development.

During the visit to Dushanbe, a bilateral meeting was held between representatives of OJSC Eldik Bank and the State Unitary Enterprise Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan “Amonatbank.” As a result of the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and a Roadmap for the Development of Cooperation between the financial institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan.

The signed documents provide for the expansion of cooperation in payment and settlement systems, depository infrastructure, digitalization of banking services, information security, cross-border payments, and Islamic finance.

The development of partnership between Eldik Bank and Amonatbank will contribute to strengthening financial ties between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, implementing modern banking solutions, and creating new opportunities for customers in both countries.
