Eldik Bank&MEGA began a test launch of a mobile application for entrepreneurs
The collaboration between Eldik Bank & MEGA informs about the start of tests of the Ishker24 mobile application for small and medium-sized businesses at pilot sites - central processing centers and markets.
Together with the State Tax Service, service centers for entrepreneurs in the cities of Bishkek and Osh, State Tax Service in 4 districts of Bishkek and the Madina and Orto-Sai markets were selected for the test period.
Importantly, the application is intended for entrepreneurs who wish to undergo tax registration as an individual entrepreneur in accordance with the current tax legislation.
It is also applicable for existing individual entrepreneurs to open a bank account and conduct business in a non-cash form with the generation of fiscal data for the subsequent generation of tax reporting in digital format, and so on.
In the test version 1.0 of the Ishker24 application, more services are already available than were announced at the launch of the collaboration. At the moment, 4 stages of contactless interaction between the entrepreneur and government agencies and business have been transferred and tested from the general life cycle of an entrepreneur online through a “single window”. These stages are fully synchronized with the roadmap for the concept of fiscalization of tax procedures in the country.
It is important to note that any digital solutions involve collaboration with users. All over the world, the most successful online services have been continuously improved since their launch based on user feedback. That is, a digital product is improved over a long period of time based on user recommendations. In this regard, at the moment, a separate number has been allocated for communication with entrepreneurs on the joint issue of “Ishker24”.

The result of individual entrepreneur registration is available after the official decision is made by the State Tax Service employees. The reason for registration refusal will be available in the application. When paying electronically for goods and services, the payment is ALREADY non-cancelable. Its cancellation is then possible by submitting an application in person at Eldik Bank branches.
