Attention! A new type of fraud!

Dear clients!

Recently there has been an increase in scammers. 

Unknown people over the phone introduce themselves as employees of the bank's Security Service and report a dubious payment, transfer, or attempt to apply for a loan on you.

Then they send links to applications of other banks, where supposedly the money will be safe. Either the attacker asks you to answer a security question or provide banking information, such as a PIN code, card number or CVC code.

Remember, real employees of the bank's Security Service never call, send links, and certainly do not require information to access your account or application.

To protect against fraudsters posing as bank security:

Do not provide the code on the back of the card, codes from SMS, or Internet banking login information;
Do not click on suspicious links that are sent to you and do not download suggested applications;
If they call/write to you supposedly from the bank and report a problem, it is better to call/write to the bank yourself;
Use only official services of banks, payment systems and trading platforms.

Through fraudulent sites, attackers can take over your credentials and steal money.
