Eldik Bank Signs the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Code
On July 4, 2025, Eldik Bank joined the global Women Entrepreneurs Finance Code (WE Finance Code) — an initiative aimed at expanding women's access to finance and supporting their entrepreneurial growth.
In Kyrgyzstan, the implementation of this initiative is led by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The program is supported by international organizations and implemented in over 30 countries. Locally, it plays a key role in promoting inclusive economic development and empowering women in business.
Representing Eldik Bank at the panel session, Aichurek Zhakypova, Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board, presented the bank’s tailored concessional program "Ishker-Aiym" for women entrepreneurs. She emphasized the need for systemic support and the vital role of banks in creating a supportive business environment.
Eldik Bank supports such initiatives as part of its ESG strategy, focused on sustainable development, gender equality, and social responsibility.
