Eldik Bank participated in the forum on the topic “Women in Community Development.” During the event organized by the Institute for Policy Development, special attention was given to motivating women’s leadership, institutional resources for local initiatives, and financing tools. A

n award ceremony was held for the winners of the contest “Local Initiative of a Woman – Member of the Local Council.” Saikal Zamirbekova, Regional Manager for Regional Lending Coordination, gave a presentation titled “Financial Tools for Business Development Among Women.”

She presented the Bank’s possible products aimed at supporting local community development and shared four successful cases of our female clients from across Kyrgyzstan. Eldik Bank actively supports women’s entrepreneurship and takes pride in its clients’ achievements, implementing sustainable solutions with a strong focus on gender sensitivity and expanding women’s economic opportunities.
