Eldik Bank Project Approved at the Meeting of the Coordination Council on Climate Change

Eldik Bank, represented by Chairman of the Management Board Ulanbek Nogaev, took part in the meeting of the Coordination Council on Climate Change, Ecology, and Sustainable Development under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev, the participants presented projects for inclusion in the Kyrgyz Republic’s 2025–2028 Country Programme, with the aim of securing future funding from the world’s largest climate donor — the Green Climate Fund.

The programme also included a project initiated by Eldik Bank, aimed at promoting sustainable development in the country.

All presented projects, including Eldik Bank’s initiative, were reviewed and approved by the members of the Coordination Council and meeting participants.

Following the presentations, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers instructed relevant state agencies to begin implementation of the approved directions.

As an active supporter of sustainable development initiatives, Eldik Bank will continue to implement green financial solutions that help reduce climate risks and strengthen environmental resilience in the Kyrgyz Republic.
